Subscribers hereby indemnify www.chartntrade.com from all costs, demands, charges, penalties and other adverse action(s) taken against www.chartntrade.com by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for sending SMS’ to the above mentioned numbers and categorically undertake to reimburse / compensate www.chartntrade.com for all such actions taken against www.chartntrade.com by TRAI.
