This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of
the Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") between
Vikash Bagaria ("Individual", "we", "us", "our")
and the Client/User ("you", "your").
By using our website
official ChartNTrade website
or subscribing to any
Research Analyst service, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
This Policy is prepared in compliance with:
- SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014
- SEBI Master Circular for RAs (SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/95)
- Applicable guidelines issued from time to time
2. Definitions
2.1 Company / RA
Refers to Research analyst Vikash Bagaria.
2.2 User / Client
Refers to an individual/entity availing SEBI-regulated research services from Vikash Bagaria.
2.3 Services
Refers strictly to SEBI-permitted Research Analyst services, including research reports,
Research recommendations, newsletters, and insights.
2.4 Device
Any Internet-connected device used to access our website or services.
3. Regulatory Obligations (RA & Client)
Both the Research Analyst and the Client shall be bound by:
- SEBI Act, 1992
- SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014
- SEBI circulars, guidelines, and notifications
All fees shall be charged strictly in accordance with SEBI norms.
4. Fees & Payment Terms
4.1 Mode of Payment
Clients shall pay subscription fees through:
- Net Banking
- Valid UPI
- IMPS / NEFT / RTGS
- Debit Card
- SEBI-approved payment gateways
- eNACH mandates
Cash payments and third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Fee Structure
Fees shall be collected in advance, not exceeding the limit allowed by SEBI.
5. Refund Eligibility (SEBI-Compliant)
A pro-rata refund is permitted ONLY under the following circumstances:
5.1 Suspension of Registration
If the Research Analyst’s SEBI registration is suspended for more than 60 days, I shall refund
pro-rata fees for the remaining subscription period.
5.2 Cancellation of Registration
If SEBI cancels the RA registration, the Company I refund pro-rata fees from the date of
cancellation to the end of the subscription term.
5.3 Voluntary Client Exit
A client may discontinue services at any time. A pro-rata refund shall be provided for the
unutilized subscription period.
No penalty shall be charged for early exit other than statutory charges.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Entire subscription tenure already utilized
- One-time reports, newsletters, or research already delivered
- Digital content already accessed or downloaded
- Market loss, volatility, or personal misinterpretation of recommendations
- Client misuse of services or violation of SEBI regulations
- Breach of the Terms & Conditions by the Client
- Requests beyond the scope of SEBI’s refund framework
7. Refund Process & Timelines
7.1 Refund Processing
Refunds shall be processed within
7–10 working days
from the date of validation. Refunds
will be credited only to the original payment source.
7.2 No Cash or Third-Party Refunds
- No cash refunds will be issued.
- Refunds will not be made to any third-party account.
8. Termination of Services
Vikash Bagaria reserves the right to:
- Suspend services upon violation of Terms
- Terminate services in the event of SEBI-directed action
- Discontinue research services for operational or regulatory reasons
Upon termination, refunds will be made only as per Section 5 of this Policy.
9. Consent
By using our Website or subscribing to our services, you consent to:
- This Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All SEBI-mandated processes
- Lawful data processing for compliance and verification
10. Amendments to the Policy
This Policy may be updated, amended, or modified:
- To comply with SEBI circulars
- Due to regulatory developments
- To reflect operational changes
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

- All the services provided by chartntrade.com will be delivered through Online
Messenger as opted by the subscriber.( Telegram/ What’s App/ Email). By Default
our Delivery of recommendations is through Telegram which the Client can opt to
Change.
- chartntrade.com does not guarantee any accuracy of generation, databases, delivery
timings etc. while giving this facility. Depending on your location, service provider,
medium of communication and delivery, the service may be at times slow or not
there at all.
